Cold Forged Copper Production

At Şuz Makina, we specialize in the production of high-performance copper components through cold forging. Unlike traditional hot forging methods that compromise electrical conductivity and surface integrity, cold forging allows us to shape electrolytic pure copper without exposing it to high temperatures. This ensures the material retains its natural conductivity, while also achieving superior surface hardness and consistency in quality.

Our process eliminates the need for additional surface treatments or machining, reducing production costs and time. With hardness levels reaching up to 100 HV—compared to 65–75 HV in hot forged parts—our components offer enhanced durability and reliability in electrical transmission systems. The result is a clean, high-quality surface finish and optimal electrical performance, all delivered with efficiency and precision.
